Day 5: Heidelberg Old Town · Black Forest · Rhine Falls
After breakfast, check out and sit back as we journey to Heidelberg, home to one of Germany’s most
charming historic towns. Explore the Heidelberg Altstadt (Old Town), beautifully set along the Neckar
River and beneath the majestic Heidelberg Castle. Wander through its cobblestone streets, lively

most spectacular highlights of the tour – a magical alpine journey to Jungfraujoch, famously known as
The Top of Europe.
For those opting for the excursion, we begin by traveling to Grindelwald Terminal, where you board the
state-of-the-art 3S-Bahn Eiger Express. In just 15 minutes, this scenic cable car ride takes you to
Eigergletscher Station, offering breathtaking mountain views along the way. From here, continue by
cogwheel train to reach the highest railway station in Europe, standing at an impressive 11,333 feet
above sea level, surrounded by eternal snow and ice.
At Jungfraujoch, explore the fascinating Ice Palace, where skilled artists carve stunning sculptures
from ice. Step onto the Sphinx Observatory Deck and marvel at the awe-inspiring panoramic views of

Ascend to an altitude of 3,020 metres via a series of cable cars, including the famous Rotair, the
world’s first revolving cable car, offering stunning 360° panoramic views of snow-clad peaks, icy
crevasses, and vast white snowfields. Experience eternal snow, dramatic glaciers, and don’t miss the
